Q.Why can I not see any samples on the Caracole Design Shop?The Design Shop is exclusive to Caracole Designers and Dealers. All accounts must be authorized by Caracole before they can see or purchase samples. Contact your Caracole Representative or Trade Sales Department and they can authorize your account. >
Q.Is my card charged when I place the order or when it ships?Card is charged at the time of order placement.
